Take control of what I say, O LORD, and guard my lips

Help us Lord to be honest with ourselves and with you. Many of our stresses and distresses can be related to our choice of words. In the words of the Psalmist “Take control of what I say, O LORD, and guard my lips.” Please, grant Michelle the wisdom and discernment to continue this practice.
