Not wise in our own eyes

Proverbs 3: 7 - 8 Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the LORD and depart from evil. 8 It will be health to your flesh, And strength to your bones.

Thank you Father for the wonderful opportunities you have given to Michelle and her family. Thank you for their zeal, enthusiasm and tenacity. Help them to always rely on wisdom from you. You have promised in your Word that if we honor you and depart from evil that life sustaining blessings will be ours. In the name of Jesus Christ our Savior I pray. Amen

I Peter 5:6-9 Humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time.

Dear Father, thank you for this new year and all it will hold. Thank you that you already have all the things that we will encounter under your control. Thank you for being a God who can be completely depended on. Thank you in advance for the opportunities that Michelle will be presented with this year. Open doors for her and pave the way as she attempts to honor you, care for her family, and shine as woman of God. In the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen
